It has been a busy past two months at Gulf Express International (GEI) with trips to Tulsa, Oklahoma,USA
and Abu Dhabi, UAE. GEI has been assisting an Abu Dhabi entrepreneur (franchisee) and Top That Pizza (franchisor) setting up a new restaurant in a new mall in Abu Dhabi. Our company representatives handled the logistics, including the purchase and shipping of the dough to the operating system. During our 10 day visit we helped locate and procure local products to add to the local menu, also finding products to import back to the States. Our visit to Tulsa included training as well as hands on experience of making pizza with the great new concept of choosing your toppings, which there are many. YUM!!!
